“I was recommended the TwinTec system by my parents. The unit itself is small and compact (fits underneath the kitchen sink) and is very quiet even when regenerating. It is very easy to manage requiring very little attention. We only need to add salt about once every five weeks (for a family of 4); a job which takes all of 10 seconds, is very simple to do and without any mess.

Having the water softener has made a HUGE difference to the quality of our water supply. There is no scum on taps, kitchen appliances or in the bathroom and much fewer cleaning products are required. We have never looked back since having it installed! Quite honestly, I think they should be mandatory in all houses. The service provided by Weald Water Softeners was impeccable, and the price very competitive. Even on the day of installation the engineer was able to locate our system in a different area to that originally agreed - one far more convenient but one we’d thought impossible for our home set-up. This required further work in terms of the fitting and the engineer’s time but clearly the end user, the customer, was considered throughout. In summary, thanks for a great service and a fantastic product. I would not be without softened water again. “I had a TwinTec installed as I live in an area where the water is quite hard. I knew this from scale it created in the kettle and also my skin dried causing mild eczema. I contacted Weald Water Softeners and they paid a visit to my house within a week to assess the possibilitly of installing a water softener. The service was great and explanations were very clear. They gave me the chance to choose which options I wanted without the sales pressure you can sometimes experience. Once I agreed to it, the plumber came to fit it all with no problems.
