Great system, great service
There are so many different water softeners, at such different prices. Our friends have a cheaper system and regret it. The TwinTec is extremely simple, we have had it for three months now and all we have to do is insert the new salt blocks around once a month. No dials, no settings, this simple but clever system does it all itself. There is no pressure drop thanks to the twin cylinders which operate in parallel at peak demands. It is also quiet and compact.
And the advisor was brilliant, no hard sell, just gave us the facts and excellent customer care. The installation was excellent.
Improved skin and less cleaning!
I bought this to help with my family’s dry skin and eczema. All four of us suffer to different degrees and when my two children were small, they hated having emollient cream applied and along with the bath oils it was a messy business. After installation I noticed a vast improvement in their skin and I used the cream a lot less which made everyone happier! I also noticed a lot less limescale and therefore time spent cleaning sinks, baths and showers. We now use less detergents and soaps and have switched to natural/eco shower gels, washing up liquid, clothes detergent and household cleaning products. The compact unit is under the sink and is easy to refill with the salt blocks and they last really well.
